I just love my new Chevrolet Equinox. Justin Phillips was such a great salesperson. He answered all my questions about all the new features and didn't make me feel dumb for being a woman. Ryan was great and very helpful with all of the Onstar features and all the inside technology of the car and phone system. Cathy Crisp was very nice to work with on all the paperwork that goes with getting a new vehicle. Brent Clark was the best at answering all my quetsions before I was ready to purchase my new car. Justin Phillips went above & beyond to make my experience as good as it was! I drove in one afternoon - spur of the moment - to test drive an Enclave. Justin was "Johnny-on-the-spot," knew we had time restraints & in the little time we had, he let me test drive one & when I told him I wanted to come back at a later date to test drive it at night (and I wanted leather interior which they didn't have), he told me he would call me to make an appointment. Well, when he called me a few days later, he had gotten several leather interior models for me to look at! I was impressed with his initiative & appreciated his doing that. I spent less time at Everett than I have ever spent anywhere else buying a car! Everyone was nice, polite, accommodating and professional! I would recommend Justin #1 and Everett #1!!! Started into buying a new car with dread.  I have never enjoyed car shopping until I found Heath McPherson and working on-line to find what I was looking for.  I have never had such great attention.  He never gave up on finding me a car even though I wasn't sure what I wanted.  Thanks for all the emails he sent and followup.  Saturday I found the car.  2011 Chevrolet Equinox.  Love the car.  Love how easy it was to buy.  Before we left Ryan sat down and explained all the "bells and whistles" to me. Everyone at Everett we worked with was great.  We will always come back to them in the future.

My wife Amy and I want thank Doug Minton personally. I called Everett Chevrolet on Thursday morning (April 25, 2013) and I got Doug Minton on the line. I told him about the negative experience I went through trying to make a deal with Asheville Chevrolet. It was bad....so when Doug asked me how could help I told him we want a 2013 Chevy Cruze LTZ RS in Atlantis Blue Metallic fully loaded. I told him our desired payment amount and the VIN # of our trade in. Within minutes, I got a phone call that he located the car 250 miles away and a purchase offer that beat Asheville Chevrolet by $2300.00 for the exact same car Asheville's sales manager had located for me without even driving to Everett Chevrolet to show them our trade in. 2 days later (Saturday) Doug had gotten the Cruze LTZ RS we wanted and we made the transaction. My daughter and I decided to visit Everett Chevrolet last Friday to look at a 2013 Camaro she found on the Internet - it was about an hour drive for us so not too far away but we had several Chevrolet dealers that were closer.  We were looking to buy but we were also shopping dealerships - another dealer had the exact same Camaro.  We worked with AJ Bazzle and Brent Clark and purchased the car the same day (needless to say, we never made it to the other dealership).  This was my daughter's graduation present and her first time buying a car and I must say we were both extremely impressed with the staff at Everett.  AJ and Brent worked with us to get a price we were comfortable with and they were very fair with our trade.  We rode home that afternoon with the top down in a 2013 Chevrolet Camaro convertible and my daughter was extremely happy - cannot put a price on that! 

I will go back to Everett the next time we are car shopping and have already recommended them to a friend.  Great dealership and even better people. 

What an experience! Truly the best car buying experience I have ever had. Tom Bush took care of everything. I was over three hours away and never worried about a thing. “I cannot say how pleased I have been with my total experience at Everett Chevrolet. I knew I was going to buy a new car and was set on a Kia Sorento and had been for over a year. I was waiting for their new model to come out. I chose the Kia because of gas mileage ratings and size. My husband suggested that I at least would consider another vehicle so I checked gas mileage on other brands to see if any compared. To my surprise, the Equinox and Terrain had jumped ahead of the Kia Sorento so I decided to try them. After going to two other dealerships I contacted Everett by email. Tom Bush contacted me immediately and was warm and gracious and not pushy. He seemed genuinely eager to help me find the right car. I was up front with him telling him that I was also interested in the Sorento. He had no problem with that. I went to see him and drove the Equinox. Tom's manager, Jeff Phillips, came in and spoke with me and then I spent time with Ryan Hoke who showed me more details in the car. Based on what I told Ryan and Tom regarding interior colors, they asked me if I would be interested in a Terrain as it had the exact combination I wanted. They found the exact car for me and worked out all the details. The finance manager, Ron Powell, worked out the financing details perfectly for me. Upon delivery, Tom was with me the whole way answering any other questions and attending to details like ordering me an extra key from the parts department and a heavy duty cargo mat that is a must for me. Ryan spent an hour showing me everything on my new Terrain. He was patient and knew the car inside and out. I love it and the experience was terrific! I would recommend the dealership and personnel to everyone.”

This was my first experience buying not only a used truck but buying one over the internet. I searched the internet a few days and kept getting ads for Everett Chevrolet, so I googled it to see how far it was. On Sunday evening I emailed the website asking about one of the trucks I saw on the site. Tom was extremely quick responding to my email and he immediately called me to be more personable with what I was wanting/looking for in my new "used" vehicle. Tom was truthful throughout the whole transaction, assisted me through the entire process, and made this an enjoyable buying experience. We got all the paperwork done over the internet and phone on Monday. Then Tuesday morning I drove 4hrs to Hickory and picked up the truck of my dreams without a single headache. Was looking for slightly used newer model car. Been to different car lots and different cities. Just happened to see a car the make I was looking for in a parking lot and seen the Everett sticker on it. So decided to drive thru. Found exactly what was looking for and even a better color that I had ever seen in that style. Called Monday and asked for a salesperson for info and got Tom Bush. He answered my questions and was waiting on me when on way to look at car. Was not even expecting to make a deal that day, he made me such a good offer I was signing papers before I left . Have never done that, normally have to go home and think about it. Was at a great interest rate that I didn't think possible for a preowned car. Love my car and the great gas mileage. Tom got everything I asked for and was even going beyond to make it easy decision for me.

We purchased a used 2009 GMC Sierra pickup, and couldn't be more pleased with it. We drove from Stanley, N.C. to Hickory to trade, and it was well worth the trip.
