I have lived in Hickory for 6 yrs.  Everett Chevrolet has been very efficient & courteous. I have purchased 2 vehicles from their sales staff. Rusty was very informative. Over all great experience.

This is the second car I have bought from Doug and I was real impressed that he could remember everything about the first one and remember my husband and myself.  Told him what I wanted and it was as if he knew just how I would want it.  Sale was the easiest one I have every had.  In and out in less than an hour to do all the paper work.  Truck was already ready for me to drive off the lot.

I saw a Hummer H3 that Everett had online, I called to make sure it was still there before I made the drive up. Doug Minton came to the phone quickly and found out what I wanted to know. When I got there Doug was very nice and knowledgeable. He acted more like a friend than someone trying to make a dollar. I wanted to look around, Doug did not pressure me. Everett had the best price on the Hummer and the best miles and offered me the most for my trade. They made everything very painless and easy. Everyone there was beyond nice and very professional. They helped to find me the best warranty. I would definitely recomend Everett to anyone looking for a vehicle. You won't find better people to buy from.

I brought our HHR into the service department for a free bump to bumper check. I was looking for a newer vehicle than our 1997 Dodge Dakota Pickup to drive. When I was walking around the lot Randy Lutz came out to greet me and I explained what I was looking for and the budget I was comfortable with. Randy showed me a couple of different makes of used vehicles within my budget. I decided on the 2009 Nissan Sentra, we took a test drive and I fell in love with the vehicle. Rusty was very efficient and professional with the paper work and never tried to pressure me into purchasing a vehicle above my budget price range. it's refreshing to have someone actually listen to your wants and needs not their own, espically with commissioned sales.  Rusty Lutz is very much a gentleman. Ryan the financial guru explained every document that I had to sign and why it was needed. This car buying experience was the most efficient and painfree that I have ever had and I will recommend anyone to go to Everett Chevrollet to purchase a new or used vehicle.

My wife and I were interested in a Chevy Volt. We knew what we wanted in regards to options but it seemed every car with the features we wanted was a white 2011 dealer demo. An internet search showed Everett had a 2012 model with the features we wanted in Viridian Joule at a better price than the majority of the 2011's. We requested further information and were promptly provided with the car's details along with several pictures. Ryan answered our every question and soon we were making our purchase decision. The delivery went smoothly. Ryan showed us how to configure the car's various functions from uploading music to adding an address book. We couldn't be more satisfied. Our last Chevrolet purchase was in 1978. This experience has moved Chevrolet to the top of the list for our next car.

My first brand new truck I got a 2011 Silverado and I absolutely love it! I hate going to buy a vehicle and it takes all day to buy it... I spent 2 hours at the dealership and came home with it! In my book that's professional! I'd recommend Everett to anyone! Oh and the Silverado is the absolute best riding driving and quiet truck I've ever drove!

I did an online survey requesting information on Suburbans. Andy Campbell was the 1st to respond.  He answered questions, responded to emails (even on his day off) and found the Suburban we wanted.  I enjoyed the relaxed, no pressure atmosphere at Everett Chevrolet.

I can't say enough about Neil, Vic, and the team at Everett. I contacted Neil over email and 3 hours later I had a truck that my local dealers told me they would not have let off the lot for any less than 3k more than what I paid. 2 days later Vic had it at my door more than 1k miles away from Everett. I couldn't be happier with my purchase of my 2011 GMC 2500HD.  I couldn't ask for any better assistance in the purchase of my 1st brand new truck.  It was definitely worth the trip from PA.  I've never encountered such nice people that were so easy to work with.  I definitely give Jim a lot of credit.  I also want to thank Ryan for his assistance with my tech questions, going over the truck and setting up the in truck features.  I will definitely not hesitate to return or recommend this dealer.
