I had a great experience buying my preowned 2008 tahoe at Everett.  Rodney Brown and his manager were most helpful throughout the process and I got the vehicle I wanted and more, for a reasonable price.  I really enjoyed dealing with them.  The only thing stopping me from rating the dealership 5 stars has been trouble getting some parts back they replaced initially and then misplaced.  We have since got that straightened out though and again they were  helpful in compensating me to everyone's satisfaction...just took some time.  In addition, I'm still awaiting a window sticker 3 months after it was supposedly ordered by the manager who I hear is no longer there.  But Chevy customer care and Rodney and the new manager are now looking into this for me.  I'd definitely do business with them again and I'm an hour and a half away in Asheville.
