Our experience at Everett Chevy was good.  While in Hky for a business mtg, I decided to stop by Everett out of curiosity.  It was more fact finding than anything else.  Terry Phillips showed me a used low-mileage vehicle that I thought would cost a lot more than what I had intended to spend.  It wound up being very reasonable.  They were very up-front with me on their pricing, which I double-checked through a friend who has information to Mannheim auto auction results, and they even put me into the ballpark on what they'd be willing to give me on our trade-in vehicle even though I didn't have it with me at the time. 

On the day I brought my wife to Hky to see the vehicle, Terry took great care of us.  I noticed a slight shimmy while driving the vehicle, so they were kind to turn the rotors for us.  We agreed on a deal.  I should say that our after-sale service has been good, as well.

The only negative I have to say is that we weren't given two sets of keys for the car because they didn't have them.  Prior to closing, I would have negotiated for a second set of keys had I known to.
