Most Efficient and Pleasant Car Buying Experience Ever

I brought our HHR into the service department for a free bump to bumper check. I was looking for a newer vehicle than our 1997 Dodge Dakota Pickup to drive. When I was walking around the lot Randy Lutz came out to greet me and I explained what I was looking for and the budget I was comfortable with. Randy showed me a couple of different makes of used vehicles within my budget. I decided on the 2009 Nissan Sentra, we took a test drive and I fell in love with the vehicle. Rusty was very efficient and professional with the paper work and never tried to pressure me into purchasing a vehicle above my budget price range. it's refreshing to have someone actually listen to your wants and needs not their own, espically with commissioned sales.  Rusty Lutz is very much a gentleman. Ryan the financial guru explained every document that I had to sign and why it was needed. This car buying experience was the most efficient and painfree that I have ever had and I will recommend anyone to go to Everett Chevrollet to purchase a new or used vehicle.
