I have been going to Randy Marion in Mooresville for my last few trucks but wanted to keep my business here in Hickory.  I stopped by to get my Yukon XL serviced and from the moment I was greeted by the service staff, to the point that I met Neil Parsons, the service was incredible.  While waiting on our Yukon, I spoke with Neil about looking to get into a new truck.  I explained that time was precious and could not afford to haggle and waste time.  He not only gave me the space and information I needed to make a decision, but clearly did all of the little things to ensure that I got the truck my family and I wanted.  Buying a new car at most places can be a dreaded experience, but my experience with Everett Chevy was second to none!  Neil has earned my business and I will be sure to pass along the word to my friends as well.  THANKS NEIL !!
