I did an online survey requesting information on Suburbans. Andy Campbell was the 1st to respond.  He answered questions, responded to emails (even on his day off) and found the Suburban we wanted.  I enjoyed the relaxed, no pressure atmosphere at Everett Chevrolet.

I can't say enough about Neil, Vic, and the team at Everett. I contacted Neil over email and 3 hours later I had a truck that my local dealers told me they would not have let off the lot for any less than 3k more than what I paid. 2 days later Vic had it at my door more than 1k miles away from Everett. I couldn't be happier with my purchase of my 2011 GMC 2500HD.  I couldn't ask for any better assistance in the purchase of my 1st brand new truck.  It was definitely worth the trip from PA.  I've never encountered such nice people that were so easy to work with.  I definitely give Jim a lot of credit.  I also want to thank Ryan for his assistance with my tech questions, going over the truck and setting up the in truck features.  I will definitely not hesitate to return or recommend this dealer.

Sim did an awesome job & I would recommend him. He was very knowledgeable about the Enclave and answered all our questions. I have purchased a lot of cars over the past 30+ years and Sim would be in the top 5% of all salespeople I have come into contact with.

After 23 years as a loyal exclusive Honda buyer, we came to Hickory to drive the Cruze LTZ/RS. The Cruze was more than we expected, a solid well built car that is in my opinion, a "Civic killer." Salesman Andy Campbell was awesome, a real professional. Most dealerships would never let you test drive the car alone - but Andy was so confident the car would sell itself, he said "Bring it back when you're done." He was no pressure and no hassle - we came to deal within 15 minutes. And comparing Everett's price to other Chevy dealers in Statesville, I got a great deal. I still have 2 more Honda's in my driveway but who knows? Maybe Andy can sell me a LaCrosse next!

Outstanding service!  No pressure buying experience.  My wife and I simply stated the requirement, and salesman Ben Munday easily found the vehicle that suited our needs.  With three young children in tow, the staff worked to expedite what is sometimes a lengthy paperwork process.  My wife and I were both appreciative of that.  I would definitely direct friends and family to Everett Chevrolet.
