Having spent 40 years in the business as a GM salesman, sales mgr, and genral mgr, I may expect more than most.  On Oct 5th I ordered a 2010 Equinox under GMS and was very happy with the young sales person and the help he recv'd from his Mgr.  The experience went smoothly and was expeditious.   Since that time I have not heard from the dlrship to update me on the status of the order. a/o yesterday I checked thru my previous dlrshp to check on the order to find that it was still at code 1100/not in the production schd.  I would rec that a system be put in place to contact sold order clients on a weekly or every 10 days basis to update them on the progress of their order, we found that keeping them involved helped produce a better CSI score .                      

This is the second vehicle we have purchased from your dealership, since I retired 3 years ago.  Even thou I have been with the same GM dealership for over 30 years in Florida, I believe that you need to buy  your vehicle from your local area .

We look fwd to a continuing relationship.
