My experience with Everett Chevrolet and Corey Brown were excellent.  I found what I was looking for online over the weekend and was promptly called by Corey on Monday morning.  He was professional and did his best to get me into the vehicle that I wanted.  I live about 70 miles away; but Everett held the car for me until Friday when I could go pick it up.  Everything was already done and just waiting for my signature.  It was the best car buying experience that I've ever had.  Thanks Everett and Corey; I am enjoying my car.  And Corey, I'm going to keep the decorative Everett Chevrolet license plate cover on the back.  See you next time.

We stopped by while shopping for a used car for our daughter. We found a black Mazda that was in our price range for her. It test drove wonderfully, and Rusty pointed out the service work they had done on the car after they took it in on a trade. We bought the car. Less that 48 hours later, I noticed a problem with it. Even though it was used and sold AS-IS, I contacted Rusty and they made it right. They took the car into service and corrected the issue with no additional charge. When I originally came to Everett Chevrolet, it was really just to look around. I knew I wanted a 2010 Cobalt that was all I had in mind.  My credit wasn't the absolute greatest but I thought that maybe I could get a deal worked out somehow. Everywhere else I had went required a massive down payment that I just didn't have but here I was offered an awesome deal.  As far as my car goes well I LOVE IT. If you've ever gone from having a car that averages about 13 miles to the gallon to a car that right now I'm averaging 29 in you know the feeling but the greatest part is I can make that average go up as I get better with my manual transmission.  I have never been so excited about my car. I went from never going anywhere because my car had bad gas mileage and I had a 45 minute drive to work to going anywhere I want to go. This car has made my life easier and although my payments are higher I'm not spending 200 + dollars in gas every pay day now so I can afford it. Thank you guys so much for helping me get this car. You guys were awesome!

My husband and I had the pleasure of meeting Terry Phillips immediately upon our arrival at Everett Chevrolet. He just happened to be sitting in the Chrysler 300 we had come to check out. From the moment he introduced himself to us we were feeling comfortable and at ease(not pressured) with his sales style. He was the friendliest and most personable salesman there. He informed us there was a lady coming from Charlotte to check out this same vehicle we were interested in. Our experience at Everett Chevy was good.  While in Hky for a business mtg, I decided to stop by Everett out of curiosity.  It was more fact finding than anything else.  Terry Phillips showed me a used low-mileage vehicle that I thought would cost a lot more than what I had intended to spend.  It wound up being very reasonable.  They were very up-front with me on their pricing, which I double-checked through a friend who has information to Mannheim auto auction results, and they even put me into the ballpark on what they'd be willing to give me on our trade-in vehicle even though I didn't have it with me at the time. 

On the day I brought my wife to Hky to see the vehicle, Terry took great care of us.  I noticed a slight shimmy while driving the vehicle, so they were kind to turn the rotors for us.  We agreed on a deal.  I should say that our after-sale service has been good, as well.

The only negative I have to say is that we weren't given two sets of keys for the car because they didn't have them.  Prior to closing, I would have negotiated for a second set of keys had I known to.

When I started looking for my Traverse, I contacted five separate local dealers. On a whim, I also contacted Neil whom I'd met while on a furniture trip to Hickory. Not only was he the only one who got back to me immediately, but he went out of his way to find me the car that we wanted at a very competitive price, and had it delivered to our beachhouse in Corolla NC where we were staying at the time. With service like that, my only complaint is that your dealership is not closer so that I could take advantage of what I expect would be outstanding maintenance support as well.

I had been buying Ford trucks from 1987 until 2007 when I bought a Silverado from Everett Chevrolet.  I could not believe the difference in how much better the Chevrolet drove and handled.  I could even park it better in the tight spot I have to park in at work.  I promised the sales person in 2007 that I would give Everett Chevrolet first chance when I traded again.

I have just traded for my second Silverado 2010 LTZ,  The only reason I traded was to get 0% interest because my interest rate was so high.  Basil was great and worked with me and got me the truck I wanted with the payments I wanted.  He was extremely nice and courteous.  He was really nice to my sister who is a downs syndrome. 

All the staff I talked to were nice and got me just what I wanted.  I was very impressed with Jeff who looked at my truck to trade in and have never been treated as nice by anyone as he was.

I feel that David Parsons did a excellent job with the sales end of it,But I feel that the service dept. is lacking a bit I don't think that a customer should have to make two trips to the service dept for the same problem in less than 24 hrs for the same problem even if it is as simple as a Headlight,or broken wire on the headlight.Other than that I enjoyed my experience at dealership.

 I just wanted to drop a note to you to let you know about some valuable staff you have there at Everett Chevrolet Buick GMC. I don’t buy vehicles often, but when I do I truly dread the experience. I know what I want, and I know exactly what I can pay. I cringe at the thought of pulling up to the dealership and watching/listening to a salesperson trying to talk me into a vehicle that I don’t really want, but more importantly, cannot afford. I understand the game, I hate it, but I understand it.

I contacted your dealership, via email, about a jeep that I wanted to get some information on. Wes Brown got back with me, answered all of my annoying questions, and sent me all of the information I requested. He kept up with me, but did so in a manner that was not pressuring or annoying. If he would have displayed ANY of the tactics previously mentioned, I would have never even seen the jeep. Because I was coming from Johnson City, TN close to 100 miles away, I had lined up 5 similar vehicles from Charlotte to Asheville to look at while down that way. Wes’s was the first, and I had no intention of buying it until I at least saw the other. But between Wes and Jeff Phillips, your sales manager, I was able to skip going on to Charlotte or Asheville. While I didn’t get the price I wanted (which was the jeep for free) I left with a price that I believe was fair for all parties involved. Never at any point was I put into a position where I felt I had to buy the jeep. In fact, after meeting Wes and Jeff, I had a feeling that we may be able to strike a deal that day. 

From what I have been told, I’m not the easiest to deal with when money is involved. I tend to be honest and straight forward, being stubborn to the point that a deal falls apart over very little. When that happens, I say “it wasn’t meant to be” and move on. And the fact that I had 4 other jeeps lined up to look at, there was no way, this deal was happening. But it did, and Wes and Jeff should be commended. The whole experience was as enjoyable as could be expected. Wes seems to be a good guy and takes a great approach to sales. Jeff bent to keep the negotiations going without turning me sour. What more can I ask for? I don’t know where along the Everett Chevrolet Buick GMC ladder these two are currently, but in my opinion, your dealership would be well served  to keep them around and move them on up. They know what they are doing and are certainly an asset to you. Any Business that I can send their way, I have no problem recommending them.

As a busy person with a demanding corporate job plus a busineess of my own, I found that I had little time to go from dealership to dealership in search of the right car at the right price so I searched the internet. 

Of all the dealerships and sales staffs in the Carolinas, I found that Albert Williams at Everett Chevrolet was hands down the easiest to work with.  I was very please with his no pressure 'how can I be of service' attitude and his no haggle, no hassle way of dealing.  This made it easy for me to get exactly what I wanted and the best price anywhere. 

On the day I was to drive 60 miles to Everett Chevrolet to purchase my vehicle, Albert could not be there but that was not a problem.  He arranged for Ryan Hoke to pick things up and continue the purchase.  It was a pleasurable experience and Ryan even made arrangements for me to get both of my cars back home on that same day. 

I am greatful that there is still a company with employees who genuinely care about the people they serve.  This was hands down the best car buying experience I have ever had.

If you are looking for an honest and sincere person to deal with, contact Neil Parsons.  I was visiting Hickory over the holidays and thought I would test drive some vehicles while I was down there.  Long story, short, I bought a 2010 Acadia that was offered at a reasonable price.  Then, Mr. Parsons searched for all the possible additional discounts that would be available to my particular situation, acted on my behalf with the sales manager to sweeten the deal, and the next day I drove back to Michigan in my new vehicle very pleased with the attention and customer service he provided.  So, the Acadia is built about 90 miles from my Michigan home and I found the best deal 700 miles from my home.  He has followed up on all the details of post-sale business in a frequent and timely manner.

Mr. Parsons was by far the best automotive professional I have ever dealt with and will certainly return to Everett when I choose to replace this vehicle and will insist on dealing with him again.  Neil parsons is "the real deal".  Thanks Neil!

What can I say, other then I think the world of Big Country,(Robert Rinehart), Jeff Phillips, and Bill Yeats.  I bought my 2009 Avalanche in April and I love it.  I own my own business and I made it my company car.  Plenty of room and rides so smoothly.  I needed another car for a knock around play thing and bought a used 2008 Jeep Wrangler from Big Country in Sept/Oct time frame.  Love driving it with the top down.  Can't wait for next Spring/Summer to get here.  The service department at Everette is top notch as well.  They do a wonderful job with warranty work, oil changes and tire rotations, and accessories.  I am from Asheville, NC but found that the dealerships there weren't as well tuned.  More dealerships should be run the way they are at Everette.

I never thought that I would purchase a vehicle over the Internet but the sales staff was excellent to work with and answered all my questions.  They made the experience very enjoyable and easy.  The guys that delivered the vehicle were very helpful as well.  I think this dealership is ahead of the curve when it comes to Internet buying look forward to doing business with them in the future.  The only complaint is about a 300 dollar check that I still haven't received from the Company.  I understand this is accounts payable but should have received the money by now please help!!

I had a great experience buying my preowned 2008 tahoe at Everett.  Rodney Brown and his manager were most helpful throughout the process and I got the vehicle I wanted and more, for a reasonable price.  I really enjoyed dealing with them.  The only thing stopping me from rating the dealership 5 stars has been trouble getting some parts back they replaced initially and then misplaced.  We have since got that straightened out though and again they were  helpful in compensating me to everyone's satisfaction...just took some time.  In addition, I'm still awaiting a window sticker 3 months after it was supposedly ordered by the manager who I hear is no longer there.  But Chevy customer care and Rodney and the new manager are now looking into this for me.  I'd definitely do business with them again and I'm an hour and a half away in Asheville.

Having spent 40 years in the business as a GM salesman, sales mgr, and genral mgr, I may expect more than most.  On Oct 5th I ordered a 2010 Equinox under GMS and was very happy with the young sales person and the help he recv'd from his Mgr.  The experience went smoothly and was expeditious.   Since that time I have not heard from the dlrship to update me on the status of the order. a/o yesterday I checked thru my previous dlrshp to check on the order to find that it was still at code 1100/not in the production schd.  I would rec that a system be put in place to contact sold order clients on a weekly or every 10 days basis to update them on the progress of their order, we found that keeping them involved helped produce a better CSI score .                      

This is the second vehicle we have purchased from your dealership, since I retired 3 years ago.  Even thou I have been with the same GM dealership for over 30 years in Florida, I believe that you need to buy  your vehicle from your local area .
