Justin Phillips went above & beyond to make my experience as good as it was! I drove in one afternoon - spur of the moment - to test drive an Enclave. Justin was "Johnny-on-the-spot," knew we had time restraints & in the little time we had, he let me test drive one & when I told him I wanted to come back at a later date to test drive it at night (and I wanted leather interior which they didn't have), he told me he would call me to make an appointment. Well, when he called me a few days later, he had gotten several leather interior models for me to look at! I was impressed with his initiative & appreciated his doing that. My wife Amy and I want thank Doug Minton personally. I called Everett Chevrolet on Thursday morning (April 25, 2013) and I got Doug Minton on the line. I told him about the negative experience I went through trying to make a deal with Asheville Chevrolet. It was bad....so when Doug asked me how could help I told him we want a 2013 Chevy Cruze LTZ RS in Atlantis Blue Metallic fully loaded. I told him our desired payment amount and the VIN # of our trade in. My daughter and I decided to visit Everett Chevrolet last Friday to look at a 2013 Camaro she found on the Internet - it was about an hour drive for us so not too far away but we had several Chevrolet dealers that were closer.  We were looking to buy but we were also shopping dealerships - another dealer had the exact same Camaro.  We worked with AJ Bazzle and Brent Clark and purchased the car the same day (needless to say, we never made it to the other dealership).  This was my daughter's graduation present and her first time buying a car and I must say we were both extremely impressed with the staff at Everett.  AJ and Brent worked with us to get a price we were comfortable with and they were very fair with our trade.  We rode home that afternoon with the top down in a 2013 Chevrolet Camaro convertible and my daughter was extremely happy - cannot put a price on that!

“I cannot say how pleased I have been with my total experience at Everett Chevrolet. I knew I was going to buy a new car and was set on a Kia Sorento and had been for over a year. I was waiting for their new model to come out. I chose the Kia because of gas mileage ratings and size. My husband suggested that I at least would consider another vehicle so I checked gas mileage on other brands to see if any compared. To my surprise, the Equinox and Terrain had jumped ahead of the Kia Sorento so I decided to try them. After going to two other dealerships I contacted Everett by email. Tom Bush contacted me immediately and was warm and gracious and not pushy. He seemed genuinely eager to help me find the right car. I was up front with him telling him that I was also interested in the Sorento. He had no problem with that. I went to see him and drove the Equinox. Tom's manager, Jeff Phillips, came in and spoke with me and then I spent time with Ryan Hoke who showed me more details in the car. Based on what I told Ryan and Tom regarding interior colors, they asked me if I would be interested in a Terrain as it had the exact combination I wanted. They found the exact car for me and worked out all the details. The finance manager, Ron Powell, worked out the financing details perfectly for me. Upon delivery, Tom was with me the whole way answering any other questions and attending to details like ordering me an extra key from the parts department and a heavy duty cargo mat that is a must for me. Ryan spent an hour showing me everything on my new Terrain. He was patient and knew the car inside and out. I love it and the experience was terrific! I would recommend the dealership and personnel to everyone.”

This was my first experience buying not only a used truck but buying one over the internet. I searched the internet a few days and kept getting ads for Everett Chevrolet, so I googled it to see how far it was. On Sunday evening I emailed the website asking about one of the trucks I saw on the site. Was looking for slightly used newer model car. Been to different car lots and different cities. Just happened to see a car the make I was looking for in a parking lot and seen the Everett sticker on it. So decided to drive thru. This is my best truck buying experience by far. To start with I was looking at their internet site. So I then called to receive further information about the vehicle. Tom my salesman was very helpful and accurate with the information I asked for. The only problem was that I live 330 miles from the dealer. Tom offered to bring me the truck to look at in person, and if I was not satisfied they would take it back. So they sent a driver with the paper work in hand. Needless to say I signed the papers and had purchased my new vehicle without leaving my home. That is top notch quality service in itself. They also provided me with the best interest rate with one of their lenders.

Best experience yet buying my new Acadia. Found vehicle we wanted online. I stretched out the process, but Steve Hunt always followed up to see I was ready to buy. He stayed in contact and let me negotiate online, which made all the difference. No local dealers could match the deal they gave me. I wasted lots of my time and energy at Randy Marion in Huntersville and Williams GMC in Charlotte. Lesson learned. It's was worth the drive. Everything was ready when I got there. I had never heard of Everett Chevrolet until I had come across the internet site and they had the car I was looking for. I sent an email to Everett and sent out six more to other dealers that had simular cars. My friend Jenny who is not a real person got back. then in a short period of time I heard from Tom truitt. Tom took over and made the deal possible all over the internet. I have purchased many cars over the years but never this easy. My car-buying experince was almost totally online. I sent an inquiry about a used car that I was interested in and immediately heard from Tom Bush. He knew I was checking on other cars and that I was about an hour or so from the dealership. Tom stayed in constant contact with me by phone and e-mail and answered all of my questions, but there was no pressure. When I did decide to purchase the car, Tom had the car driven to me to accomodate my work schedule so my husband and I could test drive it. We drove to Hickory the next day to purchase the vehicle. Ryan Hoke was also extremely helpful as he demonstrated all of the features of the car. He took the time needed to fully demonstrate and explain everything. We did not feel rushed at all. Overall, it was a very positive and easy experience!

The experience at Everett was very positve. The price was negotiated over the internet and was the price I offered. The salesman was great and very polite to me and my son. After the purchase another individual (can't remember his name) was more than helpful explaining everything about the car. I would actually rate the deal as a 4.9 but the site would not it. You would think someone driving 2.5 hours to purchase a 30,000.00 car they would at least fill it up for the return trip home. Salesman tried but someone said no! Really thought this was a glitch in an otherwise great experience.

I found the car I liked online and contacted the dealership. I sent an inquiry about the car and Tom Bush contacted me back. We exchanged several emails about the car as so I would have substantial information before I went to look at it. I would be coming 2 and half hours out of state. When I arrived at Everetts the car was up front waiting for me to drive. Everyone was very friendly. Tom even took care of a few spots on the car that I noticed. I purchased the vehicle and drove back to TN that day and they had my old car that I drove there, returned to me the next day. The only thing keeping me from giving 5 stars is that same night I got home and found the car I had just purchased on ebay. For the price I paid or MAKE OFFER. Yet when I made an offer at the lot it was refused. They wouldnt budge at all. Said that was the best they could do. Although ebay clearly stated different. So I felt like if I would have stayed at my house and not wasted my time and money driving to North Carolina I could have gotten a better deal online. I kind of felt insulted. I do love the car and I think everyone at the dealership was friendly. I would refer Everetts but would suggest checking ebay before driving so far.

Buying my 2013 GMC 3500 dually was a great experience.  Most of the actual wheeling and dealing was done over the phone and through E mails but the 4 hour drive was well worth the trip and I would not hesitate to do it again.  Everything was ready for us when we arrived to pick up the vehicle and we were on our way back home without a hitch.  My only regret is that we don't live closer.  I would recommend this dealership to anyone.   Thanks for everything.

I recently had the pleasure of buying a used vehicle from Everett Chevrolet and Neil Parsons was the sales person that assisted me.  The truck had just recently come on the lot and didn't even have time to be prepped.  I had seen the vehicle on the internet and knew that I wanted to see it regardless of its current condition as I was on my lunch hour and this was one of several vehicles that I wanted to consider in my search for a new truck.  Neil brought the vehicle around from the back lot so I could look it over.  He was extremely polite, helpful and apologetic for the condition of the vehicle, explaining what the vehicle would have done to it before it would be considered saleable. By the next day, Saturday, I knew that was the vehicle I wanted and I called Neil and asked him to hold the truck as I was coming to work out a deal.  Neil rushed it into the clean up department to get the essentials cleaned up before I arrived.  We came to a very agreeable price and I took the truck for the weekend.  On Monday I traded the truck for a loaner so that they could finish detailing, touch up painting and prepping the vehicle to their standards.  What a wonderful buying and service experience.  Don't waste your time looking across the UNIFOUR area - Just go down to Everett and see Neil - they'll take care of you! I promise.

I would recommend this dealership to everyone!  This is the second vehicle I've bought from them and I couldn't be happier with either purchase.  I'm an hour and a half away but in looking at their internet site and talking with Mr. Bush over the phone, he made everything streamlined and painless.  I was shocked when I arrived, the new vehicle out in front of the dealership and to be greated by Mr. Bush essentially saying, "it's all done".  I had been all over western NC and eastern TN but no one was willing to do what Everett and Mr. Bush did in advance of my visit.  The vehicle itself is awesome. The gentleman in the finance department (I'm sorry I don't recall his name) went out of his way to get me even more when I asked, and he delivered!  Their technology specialist, Mr. Hoke was incredible to work with in explaining to me all of the new options I had.  He made me feel like a friend.  Overall, I left with the best car buying experience of my life!  Do yourself a favor and avoid all the other dealers and start here...you won't be disappointed!

Everett Chevrolet Buick GMC is simply the best! I love my new 2012 Chevrolet Equinox. I knew exactly what I wanted and Jeff Phillips worked hard to get me the best deal on the perfect Equinox. Ryan Caldwell in finance was able to get me an incredibly low rate (even lower than my local credit union). At the time of delivery, Ryan Hoke went over the entire vehicle and showed me how to use all the amazing technology. The new Chevy MyLink system is awesome! Tina Lynch in the Customer Care Center followed up with me to thank me for my purchase and make sure I was completely satisfied. And I am!

I had been looking for a Mercedes GL 450 for approximately 11 months with everything I wanted on it. I found one at Everett Chevy and called and spoke with Michael Johnson. We corresponded by email, text, and phone on several different occasions. I am in Hinton, WV which is a few hours from Hickory, NC and could never find the right time to make the trip to look at the vehicle. With MICHAEL JOHNSON going above and beyond the call of duty...we made a deal, a delivery, and I was able to take my new (used) GL 450 to the beach to give it a road test! I have only had it for about 2 weeks, but I do LOVE it! Thanks to Michael Johnson and Everett Chevy for getting me into a vehicle that I had been searching for! The only down side was that I didn't get to meet Mr. Johnson face to face! Please, if you are hesitating to make a purchase with Everett Chevy by way of phone and Internet, etc... DON'T! They made more effort then most dealerships and I never even had to leave my home! THANKS MICHAEL JOHNSON AND EVERETT CHEVY!!! I will advertise for you in West Virginia!!! Take care!!!

This was our first purchase from Everett.  We live on the coast of NC, so Everett is quite a distance.  My wife saw a vehicle on-line that she was interested in.  A lot of dealers don't want to talk with you unless you are in a face to face setting.  Steve Hunt was wonderful to work with; he answered all of our questions (and there were a lot) and we literally made the deal over the phone.  Amazingly, they even brought the vehicle to us; since we did not have a trade, they actually had to send two people to deliver the vehicle.  Steve and Everett went the extra mile to earn our business and we will not forget it.  We have two sons who will be needing a vehicle in a few years!  Thank you - we are very satisfied customers!!

This was one of the best buying experiences of my life! Everyone I spoke with was as courteous and polite as I have ever seen at any car dealer I have ever dealt with. The GMC I purchased was the seventh GM product between my wife and myself, but it was my first one from Everett. IT WILL NOT BE MY LAST! If I was looking for something else right now I would make the hour and a half drive back. There is no way I can say enough about my salesman Tom Truitt. I had been looking on the internet for a few weeks and the prices on their vehicles is why I made the trip, but Tom is the reason that Everett was my only stop. Tom, thanks for all your help and when I start shopping for a vehicle again you will see me again.

This is mine and my Husband's second purchase from Everett. We recently got a 2012 Chevy Impala. Rusty was great to work with. I am very hard to get hold of during business hours and Rusty was great about working via Email. He has worked with me for several weeks to find what would work best for us. Tina and him have both helped me with some OnStar issues that I am happy to say has been fixed. I know from previous experience with 06 Equinox that if I need service I can contact Tina Lynch with what is going on and she will help me arrange what I need to get done. Which like I said before is a big deal to me because of my crazy schedule. I would definitely recommend both of these individuals for your sales or service needs. I know we will definitely keep our business with Everett in the future.

We recently purchased a 2011 Chevy Malibu. Vince Dombrowski was my salesperson. I am very happy overall with my vehicle and experience at this dealership. I feel that my vehicle was offered at a fair price and my financing manager made everything work within my budget. I was offered a good deal for my trade-in vehicle. I had my husband and two children with me and Vince and the other members of your staff were very warm and welcoming to our family. They even helped to occupy my 4 year old and play with my 4 month old baby even after being there for over four hours. My only hesistation for giving 4 instead of 5 stars is because I purchased my car late at night and needed to return the next day to get my car detailed. When I returned the next day, I waited an hour and a half. When I got my car back, I noticed they had not done anything to the interior (no vaccuuming, dusting, cleaning, etc...) It seemed as though they had only washed the exterior. Seriously, what were they doing with my car for that long? When I mentioned this to Vince, he offered for me to come back another day to have it redone. I went back again today. Vince even lent me a loaner vehicle so I wouldnt have to be inconvenienced by waiting. He assured me that they would do a much better job this time. I returned after about 3 hours and my car was still not sufficiently detailed on the inside (this time they vaccumed, but did dust or clean the interior at all). I again mentioned it to Vince and this time he was kind enough to grab a rag and clean the inside himself, which I didnt think was necessary for a salesman to have to do, but I REALLY appreciated his desire to make me a happy customer. Vince went above and beyond to help me leave happy and satisfied and because of him specifically I would not hesitate to buy another car from him or your dealership.

I found a vehicle on your web page and I was lucky enough to talk with Mr. Neil Parsons with some questions. Immediately he gave me the feeling that he was working for my business, answered my questions, worked with me through negoitation on price. Another key was his communication both verbal, returning calls, and corresponding via email. He gained my trust which is not easy to do. My wife and I went down the Everett's Dealership on July 7th to look at the vehicle and met Neil in person. Everything was ready, he aswered all my questions and concerns. He addressed my concerns and he continues to work with me today on working on some small items that could not be done at the time. Due to my distance (over 180 miles) I had to trust my feeling and both my wife and I were very pleased with the vehicle, Mr. Parsons' sales skills, both personal and professional. The staff at Everett Chevrolet was extremely accomodating.  Neil was extremely helpful and was able to answer all of our questions.  He walked us through the whole car-buying process and was very honest with us.  He was great at returning phone calls and responding to e-mails and did so in a timely manner.  Being from out of town, we brought our dogs with us, and Neil allowed us to bring our dogs inside so they were able to stay cool and out of the extreme heat (it was 100+ degrees outside!).  Neil and the staff gave us a great deal on our car and we are very pleased wiith our purchase.  We would be more than happy to do business there again with Neil!!
