My entire experience at Everett Chevrolet was wonderful from start to finish.  My brother in law told me to check out Everett and ask for Corey Brown, so we listened to him, and I am so glad I did.  Not one time did Corey try to push us into making a decision that we didn't want to.  From start to finish he was upfront, honest, and extremely professional!  Once we started the signing process, everyone we came into contact with was very nice and helpful!  I will be recommending Everett to everyone I know!

I had been watching the internet for over 6 months looking for the specific used pickup that had the options I wanted.  Everett posted an add on eBay of the truck that was a perfect match (and they were only 1.5 hours away from where I live).  So I called Everett and was put into contact with Heath McPherson who said he would have the truck pulled up and waiting for me when I arrive.  When I got there, the truck was right up front and ready to go for a drive.  Heath was busy with a customer, so Corey Brown took over and set me up for the drive.  I love the truck and was ready to deal (with my old 1999 Ford F-150 as a trade-in).  Corey and the Sales staff gave me a good deal on my trade-in and the transaction was very smooth.  It was a great buy!  The other managers who explained the options and closed the financial documents were also excellent.

When I got the truck home, I notices marks in the clear coat and called Corey.  He immediately put me in contact with Tina Lynch (Customer Service Manager) and their team was on top of getting everything worked out perfectly!  Thank you Everett and your team of employees!

We had great time dealing with Corey Brown, we purchased 2011 Buick Regal and also 2003 Cadillac CTS we love both of our cars! Corey helped us out alot by emailing pictures of the CTS they had on the lot since we live 2hrs away from Hickory. We rode up on a Saturday around 4pm and out the door around 6.45pm with both cars. It is difficult to write a review which is better than the ones I have read but I will give it a try.  First of all we appreciate that we were NOT overwhelmed with sales people at our initial visit.  Once we were introduced to Corey our discussion was enjoyable to say the least.  My wife dreaded going to a dealer, she said it probably was like a Root Canal but that is not the way it turned out.  We truly enjoyed our visit and we did NOT go through the old, "Let me check with the manager, I will be right back".  Bottom line is we were offered a fair trade in value on our truck, and we completed the purchase, thank you.

We will recommend your dealership to anyone who is interested in where we purchased our new Chevy with confidence they will be treated as we were.
