My wife Amy and I want thank Doug Minton personally. I called Everett Chevrolet on Thursday morning (April 25, 2013) and I got Doug Minton on the line. I told him about the negative experience I went through trying to make a deal with Asheville Chevrolet. It was bad....so when Doug asked me how could help I told him we want a 2013 Chevy Cruze LTZ RS in Atlantis Blue Metallic fully loaded. I told him our desired payment amount and the VIN # of our trade in. Within minutes, I got a phone call that he located the car 250 miles away and a purchase offer that beat Asheville Chevrolet by $2300.00 for the exact same car Asheville's sales manager had located for me without even driving to Everett Chevrolet to show them our trade in. 2 days later (Saturday) Doug had gotten the Cruze LTZ RS we wanted and we made the transaction. Found the car on Ebay Friday night, didn't even have to see it in person. Had it delivered the next day. Looked even better than its pictures online.  Whole process from start to finish was ONE phone call.  It was quicker than me even buying a cell phone battery from Amazon.com.

My husband Roy and I picked up our new GMC Canyon on Friday, May 25th and it was a wonderful experience - so professionl, so easy, paperwork completed in a very short time.  I can say nothing negative about the dealeship - I personally have sold cars over 25 years - worked at 3 dealerships and dealt with many more and never have been treated so honest and true.  Dealing with Lacie on Internet made it even more pleasant - she is a "jewel".  I will highly recommend your dealership to everyone I know and meet in the future.  And, coming from outer state was not a problem at all - in fact, so much easier than any in our area. This is the second car I have bought from Doug and I was real impressed that he could remember everything about the first one and remember my husband and myself.  Told him what I wanted and it was as if he knew just how I would want it.  Sale was the easiest one I have every had.  In and out in less than an hour to do all the paper work.  Truck was already ready for me to drive off the lot.

Great experience in buying my car.  I was looking for a particular model with particular features and they found it very quickly.  I was able to purchase the car from Everett Chevrolet in Hickory, NC although I live in Raleigh, NC.  I have always received such good service in the past that I keep coming back to Everett.  This is my 5th Everett Car and it never disappoints.

Quite possibly the best car buying experience of my life. I had submitted an email asking further details about a pre-owned vehicle - Doug Minton called me within five minutes of submitting the request.  Doug will make you forget any preconceived notion about salesmen who usually have little concern other than to take your money and run.  I visited a dealership in South Charlotte earlier in the day and had the usual onslaught of sales tactics, withholding my keys, following me to my car as I left, outnumbering me, etc.  I walked into Everett, met Doug, shook his hand and it was almost like meeting an old family friend.
