Saturn Owner Receives Top Notch Service at Everett Chevy

I have a 2009 Saturn Aura and have been coming to Everett Chevrolet since Saturn decided to close the doors.  The organization is top notch!  Be it the person on the phone, the service advisors (Jeff), the office personnel or the mechanics - each is professional, courteous, and highly proficient.  I feel welcome each time and enjoy the comforts of the waiting room (TV, coffee, hot chocolate, etc.).  Thank you Jeff and Everett Chevrolet!

Stellar Customer Service from Everett's Knowledgeable Service Department

Having struggled for some months with "hard shifts" that only occurred after having driven for some miles on my '99 Regal, I took it in to Everett for troubleshooting and repairs.  They took careful notes of symptoms and were great to work with.  They found the problems quickly and updated me by phone before proceeding.  I was a bit taken back at the cost, but I'm an older guy and everything seems to cost too much.  They were much quicker in completing all the work than I expected (all done in two days).  The real joy was taking it out and driving.  I was a bit skeptical (having had others try to fix it without any success).  The difference was dramatic--like driving a new car and much better than it has ever driven.  They delivered!  I'll remember.
