My name is Edwin Williams, and I purchased a GMC Terrain 2010 from Everett and Neil Parsons about 2 years ago. Everyone at Everett has taken very good care on me and the vehicle since this purchase. This vehicle was probably the best car that I have ever owned, and it truly showed this past Friday. I was involved in a very bad accident on my way to work in Hickory. Please see the attached photos of my car from the accident. I can truly say that this GMC Terrain and the safety features saved my life. To come away from this accident with only fractured ribs, some issues with excess air in my chest cavity and a swollen jaw, I am truly blessed.

I wanted to pass this information onto you, Everett, Neil, Jeff and Steve in service and everyone else involved with Everett to let you know that this car is exceptional and convinced that I would not be here today without the safety features in the Terrain. Thanks.

I guess now we will have to start negotiations on another Terrain from Everett. Let me know all of my options and your best deals and hopefully, I will have a new GMC Terrain 2012 in a week or two.

Please make sure that this testimony reachs the highest levels with GMC on your product. It is a hell of a car, and I am just grateful that I was driving a Terrain when this accident occured. Talk soon.

I guess the first word that comes to my mind is WOW!!!! My wife and I drive 2 hours to get there, and it was well worth it. From the minute Neil Parsons introduced himself, to the time we walked out with my truck, it was an excellent experience. I had been looking for around 3 weeks, and would leave dealerships because of their attitudes and the way they treated people. Everett is different. From the salesman, all the way through the sales manager and finance man, everyone involved was pleasant to deal with and didn't try and bankrupt me. Neil Parsons was a fantastic salesman. He was not pushy and simply explained the facts. He was well educated and enthusiastic about the product. Neil was the first salesman I actually enjoyed dealing with. Kudos also go to the dealer for matching the lowest offer from other dealers and giving Kelly Blue Book value on the first offer.

We spotted the perfect car for us through AutoTrader that had just arrived at Everett Chevy.  We emailed with a question and were called back immediately with all the information we needed to know by Neil Parsons.  In addition, Neil emailed us all the specs and details for the Buick Enclave that we were interested in.  We drove up to Hickory the next morning which is an easy drive from Upstate, SC.  Neil was waiting for us and the Enclave was parked out front ready to go.  Neil was very professional and easy to work with.  He was also very educated on every aspect of the Enclave.  The dealership allowed us to drive the car out to lunch so we had a true picture of how this car would work for our family and time to discuss the car without a sales person present.  The dealership negotiated a fair price with us and gave us a good value on our trade.  Everyone at the dealership was friendly and the entire transaction went quickly and smoothly.  We highly recommend Neil Parsons who is professional and knowledgeable but not pushy.  We would definitely purchase another car from Everett Chevy in the future.

Just purchased a 2011 ZR-1. Traded my '07 Corvette Coupe. Neil Parsons could not have made the transaction any easier. He's professional, honest and gave me a good deal.   I'd buy from him and Everett Chevrolet again without a doubt. In fact I asked him to send me some of his business cards so I could pass them along to friends, relatives  etc.  By the way I live near NY City and I'm 700 miles away. We did the entire deal over the internet. My car was shipped to me and my trade was taken back to Everett  Chevrolet.  Easy transaction..  Very  satisfied customer.  I hope I don't get any speeding tickets with the ZR1 !!!!  I cannot believe this vehicle is street legal!  Holy Shi.....
