Neil Parsons was a fantastic salesman. He was not pushy and simply explained the facts. He was well educated and enthusiastic about the product. Neil was the first salesman I actually enjoyed dealing with. Kudos also go to the dealer for matching the lowest offer from other dealers and giving Kelly Blue Book value on the first offer.

We spotted the perfect car for us through AutoTrader that had just arrived at Everett Chevy.  We emailed with a question and were called back immediately with all the information we needed to know by Neil Parsons.  In addition, Neil emailed us all the specs and details for the Buick Enclave that we were interested in.  We drove up to Hickory the next morning which is an easy drive from Upstate, SC.  Neil was waiting for us and the Enclave was parked out front ready to go.  Neil was very professional and easy to work with.  He was also very educated on every aspect of the Enclave.  The dealership allowed us to drive the car out to lunch so we had a true picture of how this car would work for our family and time to discuss the car without a sales person present.  The dealership negotiated a fair price with us and gave us a good value on our trade.  Everyone at the dealership was friendly and the entire transaction went quickly and smoothly.  We highly recommend Neil Parsons who is professional and knowledgeable but not pushy.  We would definitely purchase another car from Everett Chevy in the future.

Just purchased a 2011 ZR-1. Traded my '07 Corvette Coupe. Neil Parsons could not have made the transaction any easier. He's professional, honest and gave me a good deal.   I'd buy from him and Everett Chevrolet again without a doubt. In fact I asked him to send me some of his business cards so I could pass them along to friends, relatives  etc.  By the way I live near NY City and I'm 700 miles away. We did the entire deal over the internet. My car was shipped to me and my trade was taken back to Everett  Chevrolet.  Easy transaction..  Very  satisfied customer.  I hope I don't get any speeding tickets with the ZR1 !!!!  I cannot believe this vehicle is street legal!  Holy Shi..... 

I had several options for vehicles.  Neil was honest, organized, and professional so I went with him.  I'm coming from Colorado and needed to get a good feel from the dealer and about the car.  Neil provided both!

Neil Parsons just sold me a used BMW from Everett and the vehicle is not only pristeen, but it was the most amazing car-buying experience that I have ever had. Neil, other than being my younger brother, is a fantastic salesman. He works hard and it's easy to tell that he enjoys his job. Of course, I'm not prejudiced in any way!

     I just purchased a new 2011 Avalanche LTZ under the most unusual circumstances, at least for me.  I contacted the dealership after discovering a listing on E-Bay and Neil Parsons answered my call.  He had available the exact vehicle I wanted, we came to terms, and he arranged to have the vehicle delivered to Asheville where I  was staying while on a business trip.

    I have never been to Everett Chevrolet, never met Mr. Parsons and never saw the Avalanche I purchased until it was delivered.  During my lifetime I have bought many automobiles and trucks but never have I had a better buying experience.  Mr. Parsons was highly professional, extremely knowedgeable and was very helpful in providing an excellent tutorial by long distance.

Well- Where do I start?  I came in in September looking for my dream car.  I bought one and thought it was going to be it.  It turned out to be a nightmare, nothing in part to Everett's. After dealing with GM for several weeks to no avail, I went back to the dealership to have a meeting with Jeff Phillips and Neil Parsons expecting the same story that GM basically had told me- "I was stuck with a defective car".  What happened during the course of that meeting almost left me speechless.  GM would not do anything, but yet Everett's stepped up to the plate.  Not only did they help me on the car I bought with problems, but they even found me another car with better options and sent me home happy for the first time in nine weeks!!  This yellow Camaro is exactly what I was looking for in a new car. This was my first new vehicle purchase and had a friend refer me to Mr. Parsons.  After three weeks of back and forth I finally found the vehicle I was looking for.  He was exceptionally great and patient with me no matter what question I had.  I would highly recommend talking to Neil on any purchase you are considering!!

I dread buying car. Neil was not pushy and very professional.  Everett knows their business and they are on the level. Unlike other dealerships who were playing games, Neil and Everett were straightforward. Don't get me wrong, there was some bargaining but I left the table very satisfied and with the knowledge that if I need help in the future, I will receive it from Everett (and Neil). Highly recommend!

  I would like to thank Neil Parsons for the great job he did for me. I called Neil on Saturday morning on the way to another car lot to see if he could find me a truck that I would like.  Neil found one and had the price for me before I could test drive the truck that I had gone to drive. Needless to say to I ended up going to Everett Chevrolet and purchasing the truck from Neil. When I started looking for my Traverse, I contacted five separate local dealers. On a whim, I also contacted Neil whom I'd met while on a furniture trip to Hickory. Not only was he the only one who got back to me immediately, but he went out of his way to find me the car that we wanted at a very competitive price, and had it delivered to our beachhouse in Corolla NC where we were staying at the time. With service like that, my only complaint is that your dealership is not closer so that I could take advantage of what I expect would be outstanding maintenance support as well.
