Most Efficient and Pleasant Car Buying Experience Ever

I brought our HHR into the service department for a free bump to bumper check. I was looking for a newer vehicle than our 1997 Dodge Dakota Pickup to drive. When I was walking around the lot Randy Lutz came out to greet me and I explained what I was looking for and the budget I was comfortable with. Randy showed me a couple of different makes of used vehicles within my budget. I decided on the 2009 Nissan Sentra, we took a test drive and I fell in love with the vehicle. Rusty was very efficient and professional with the paper work and never tried to pressure me into purchasing a vehicle above my budget price range. it's refreshing to have someone actually listen to your wants and needs not their own, espically with commissioned sales.  Rusty Lutz is very much a gentleman. Ryan the financial guru explained every document that I had to sign and why it was needed. This car buying experience was the most efficient and painfree that I have ever had and I will recommend anyone to go to Everett Chevrollet to purchase a new or used vehicle.

EXCELLENT!!  WONDERFUL!!  PERFECT!!  There aren't enough adjectives to describe my experience.  Rusty took care of everything!  I arrived at the dealership at about 12:30 and I was driving my car off the lot at 1:30.  I live 3 hours away and the drive was worth every mile.  The car was just like Rusty said and he had all the paperwork ready for me!  Simply a delightful experience!

Charlotte NC Customer Will Definitely Buy From Everett Again

More than just a sale.  There were several little problems with my new car and I waited till all of it was addressed before providing feedback so I could be objective to how Everett treated me and be able to discuss what went well and what did not go so well. 

From the day after I bought it, my brand new car was in Service 11 days and even had a problem after being delivered to which they rectified it the same day.  One could say I should have walked away from the deal and the car because who wants to get involved in a brand new car that is right off the delivery truck and has issues immediately?  But this was my first time buying from Everett and I wanted to give Everett a fair chance to show me what kind of service they provide and dealership they are.  I was told by several people at Everett that they will make it right and to be fair - in the end they did. 

As you know, the Total Cost of Ownership of a vehicle is beyond the initial investment of purchasing the car. What really matters is how you're treated when there is a problem with the car and how well it is serviced by the Dealer.  The service department is the mirror of the Dealership's attitude toward customers. A salesman will say just about anything to make the deal and treat you like fine wine, but the service department truly reflects the attitude of the Owner of the dealership. Poor service reflects the attitude "all about the deal and you were crazy for coming here in the first place." Excellent service reflects "I not only want you, but everyone you encounter as a customer for life."

Bottom line, I was told once by a Vice President of my company what the secret of success is. "Say what you will do and do what you say.  You would be surprised how many people/companies do not do that.  Most people do the former, but few do the latter."

Everett Chevrolet is overall doing a good job even though there are areas for improvement related to service in time management, technical training, quality of work, and verifying fix, but overall they did do what they said they would do - make it right. That is what matters - Making it right.

At this time, I would DEFINITELY buy from them again, recommend to others to buy from Everett, and gladly do business with the same salesman, but what will matter in the long run is how the service goes from now till the life of this vehicle.  Because how that is done will impact potential future sales not only by myself but those I tell about how I was treated as an owner of a Chevrolet.

I want to personally thank everyone involved with this car from sales, service and management. Thank you for making it right and for all the work that went into this situation.  And thank you for this car.  I wish you all much continued success.

My family has had a personal and business relationship with the Everetts for years and I know for years to come.  David and Tammy are two of the nicest and sincere people you'll ever meet.  

For my recent purchase from Everett's, Tammy put Rusty Lutz in charge of finding me a clean, relieable previously owned SUV.  Boy, did he come through!  Rusty did an excellent job in finding the perfect SUV for me, a 2002 GMC Envoy that looks practically brand new!  He bent over backwards for me to ensure I got the opportunity to drive it off the lot: SOLD!  I can't think Rusty enough for all that he did for me and is still doing. Everett's Excellent Customer Service Surpasses Expectations

I recently purchased a vehicle from Everett Chevrolet. I had attempted to purchase the same type of vehicle from a dealership elsewhere and was having the worst time. I saw this vehicle on the website and decided to call. Rusty answered my questions and asked that I come in. The service at Everett surpassed that of the other dealership so I decided to buy my vehicle from them. The process was relatively easy and Rusty worked with me through the process. I have bought 5 vehicles in the last 3 years and this, I have to say, was the best experience.  To top it off after taking the vehicle home I noticed that the rear lift gate was rubbing against the bumper and when I closed it, this left a long scratch in the bumper. I brought it back and Rusty had the gate readjusted but to my surprise he had their body shop repaint the bumper. Most dealerships would have simply applied the nailbrush touch-up paint and left it be. They went above and beyond. I highly recommend this dealership.

Conover NC Customer Loves Her 2011 Chevy Cruze

I am not the most patient person when it comes to buying a car, not to mention I manage a CVS store and I am a mother to a wonderful 11 year old daughter.  I made sure I mentioned to Rusty both of these factors when we first met and started talking. I am pleased with my experience buying a 2011 Chevy Cruze and with working with Rusty.  I am most definitely a Honda lover, but my husband did research on the new Cruze and informed me that he was impressed with the reviews, not to mention the features, that he read about. Great Service and No-Hassle Purchase Experienc

Had an excellent service experience there and thanks to Tommy Gossett I was back with our 06 Silverado for maintenance. That led to the purchase of a new Equinox. Rusty was able to answer all of our questions concerning this vehicle,and was in no way putting any typical auto salesmen pressure on us. I was ready for it but it didn't happen. We traded in our Saturn which was our 3rd new Saturn since 1994. We liked the Saturn dealerships because of the no hassle experiences there. Looks as though that has now been picked up by Everett Chevrolet Buick GMC. Thank you for the great experience.

I had been looking for a car for almost a year. When I saw my 2006 G6 on your website, I've always been partial to Pontiacs; and when GM decided to discontinue them I was very disappointed, but Everett Chevrolet and the helpful sales staff (Rusty Lutz) went out of their way to put me in the car that I wanted. I got such a great deal that I had to purchase the G6 GT Coupe. It was exactly what I wanted and needed. I would recommend to anyone looking for a car to try out Everett Chevy. First they were so helpful and made me feel right at home and secondly they worked extremely hard to put me in the car that I wanted. Mr. Lutz  contacted me personally and discussed all the features that came with the car. It didn't take me long to make up my mind about purchasing the vehicle. I would recommend Rusty Lutz to anyone that is in the market for a new or used car. He even took time out of his schedule for me to come back to the dealership and explain all the features of the vehicle. He also helped me get my OnStar and phone hooked up.
