I was very satisfied with Rusty and my experience at Everett.  After an initial test drive of an Acadia, I decided on a Yukon instead, and they were able to locate several different vehicles that were equipped with the options I was looking for.  All around, a very positive and pleasant transaction!

Rusty Lutz did an outstanding job assisting my wife and I in purchasing a Silverado for myself and an Acadia for my wife. Rusty listened and knew what we were looking for and just as important kept us informed when different vehicles were traded in and were able to find exactly what we were looking for. We stopped by while shopping for a used car for our daughter. We found a black Mazda that was in our price range for her. It test drove wonderfully, and Rusty pointed out the service work they had done on the car after they took it in on a trade. We bought the car. Less that 48 hours later, I noticed a problem with it. Even though it was used and sold AS-IS, I contacted Rusty and they made it right. They took the car into service and corrected the issue with no additional charge. It was a pleasant experience and I highly recommend Everett Chevrolet!

Top notch salesman. Rusty went out of his way to satisfy what we wanted in a new 2010 Equinox. I will return to Everett's and Rusty if and when we should need another vehicle.
