My first impression not good.  It seemed to me that everyone was too busy to help me.  However, after being correctly identified, and a salesman was assigned, it really turned out to be a wonderful sales experience.  I had seen a car I liked on the Internet.  Driving from Asheville, I really had no idea that I would be driving a new car home on Good Friday.  Sim Hamby was very courteous and helpful.  He explained different choices and made it so simple that I said yes.  Then, with the financing arrangement, I could not believe what a professional and friendly atmosphere they provided.  Thanks for a wonderful experience Everett.  BTW< we love our new ride.

Purchasing a car from Sim Hamby and Everett Chevrolet was a wonderful experience. We drove almost 3 hours after several days of discussions. We were very pleased with the way we were treated by everyone at Everett. We have already told many friends and family about our experience. After 3 Suburbans we knew we need to focus on gas mileage. Our 2012 GMC Terrain is a dream. Roomy and comfortable. Even our 6 foot 5 son has plenty of space. Thank you again Sim and Everett Chevrolet. We look forward to dealing with you all again.

My husband and I went car shopping on a Sunday because we did not want to be bother by a salesman. Come to find out later that we did not have to worry about that at Everett Chevy. We found one we liked and came home and looked it up online to get all the details. We were sold. I went back Tuesday to look at it and that's when Sim Hamby came over to help me, which was wonderful he was so helpful. That's when I called my husband and he met me back up here after work to test drive and sign the papers. We had just had a terrible experience the week before at Mooresville Ford so we were a bit stand off, but Sim Hamby reassured us that we would be in good hands here. He couldn't have been more right. We left with our new to us 2008 Chevy Tahoe LT Z71 4X4 that night. My husband and I have alread told all our friends about Everett Chevy and how we will never buy from anywhere else. Sim did an awesome job & I would recommend him. He was very knowledgeable about the Enclave and answered all our questions. I have purchased a lot of cars over the past 30+ years and Sim would be in the top 5% of all salespeople I have come into contact with.

Our experience in purchasing a 2011 Cruze was one of the easiest things to do in a long time. Sim was very helpful in answering all of our questions, and made the paperwork very easy. In fact, we were out of there quickly.

The tour of the facility and the care in which Everett personnel went over all the features and set-ups was much appreciated and solidified our 5 star opinion of the dealership. 

Sim was excellent on everything I needed, finding a car in my price range with my options. Excellent salesperson with perfect communication skills!

On December 10,  I was in a car wreck and my car was totalled.  Sim Hamby went way above and beyond to help me find and finance another car.  Not only did he find me exactly what I wanted, he was able to advise me on the car that was wrecked.  He did that before even knowing whether it was going to be considered totalled or not.

I bought that car in July and it was the worst buying experience I have ever had so it was very encouraging to find that Everett does not do business the way the other dealership did.

This was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had and I have bought many cars!  Not only do I have a car that I love, the return of the rental car was also handled by Everett which was above and beyond.

I so appreciate Sim Hamby and Mr Yeatts for making this so easy.

The moral to this story is....you don't have to spend all day to purchase a car and to all the women out there....it's EASY and hassle free from Everett Chevrolet.
