I recently purchased at 2012 GMC Terrain.  I was very impressed with the service I received from beginning to end.  Excellent salesperson, Rusty Lutz.  Extremely professional and thorough customer service with Tina Lynch.  Also, product specialist Ryan Hoke was extremely knowledgable about the vehicle and answered all my questions. 

When I did have a problem with the vehicle it was handled right away and head on by the excellent staff of Everett Chevrolet.  Thanks to all of them for making this a good experience and exceeding my expectations.

I purchased a used 2009 Chevrolett 1500 Silverado pickup from Everett and once I got it home under flourescent lighting in the garage, I noticed someone had tried to rub out some marks on the hood and side.  The result was a number of fine scratch marks in the clear coat that could only be seen in the proper light.  I called Everett and was put into contact with Tina Lynch.  I sent them pictures and asked to bring the truck in early in the morning and wait for it as I live 1.5 hours away.  I also asked that they check the front end.  Tina recommended that they come and get the truck and leave me a replacement car so they could keep the truck as long as needed to "do the job right".  They sent the driver out with a replacement car and picked up the truck.  Tina checked it over again the next morning to make sure all the marks were buffed out and the front end checked out okay.  The job was excellent and the service was exceptional!  Plus, they filled the truck up with a tank of gas!  Thank you Tina, and thanks to your team at Everett!
