This was my first experience buying not only a used truck but buying one over the internet. I searched the internet a few days and kept getting ads for Everett Chevrolet, so I googled it to see how far it was. On Sunday evening I emailed the website asking about one of the trucks I saw on the site. Tom was extremely quick responding to my email and he immediately called me to be more personable with what I was wanting/looking for in my new "used" vehicle. Tom was truthful throughout the whole transaction, assisted me through the entire process, and made this an enjoyable buying experience. We got all the paperwork done over the internet and phone on Monday. Then Tuesday morning I drove 4hrs to Hickory and picked up the truck of my dreams without a single headache. I never thought buying/trading a truck could be so easy over the internet. Thanks Tom, I will send everyone I know your way.

Drove down to Everett after visiting other Chevy Dealers and after calling and speaking with Tom Truitt. When we arrived we were greeted and directed to Tom who was waiting with the information we requested. After a quick test drive I knew the 2012 Equinox was the car for us. I have purchased many cars in my 58 years but have never been treated as well as I was with Tom. He is the best in the business and is very thorough and knowledgable about the product. I highly recommend him and Everett Chevrolet, there is no one else even close.

This is my best truck buying experience by far. To start with I was looking at their internet site. So I then called to receive further information about the vehicle. Tom my salesman was very helpful and accurate with the information I asked for. The only problem was that I live 330 miles from the dealer. Tom offered to bring me the truck to look at in person, and if I was not satisfied they would take it back. So they sent a driver with the paper work in hand. Needless to say I signed the papers and had purchased my new vehicle without leaving my home. That is top notch quality service in itself. They also provided me with the best interest rate with one of their lenders.

I am very happy with my 2010 Equinox LTZ that I purchased on 01/15/13.  It is just what I wanted.  It runs like a charm.

I had never heard of Everett Chevrolet until I had come across the internet site and they had the car I was looking for. I sent an email to Everett and sent out six more to other dealers that had simular cars. My friend Jenny who is not a real person got back. then in a short period of time I heard from Tom truitt. Tom took over and made the deal possible all over the internet. I have purchased many cars over the years but never this easy. I will definitely be contacting Everett on my next car purchase. This deal all took place on a Sunday and made pick-up on Christmas Eve. I also equally impressed when I arrived at the dealship, it was their annual breakfast for community and friends. The whole Everett Family was there to serve. Even if you are not in the market for a car I recomend you stop and visit this dealership and frendly staff.

Very pleased with the amount of service given prior to the sale. The salesman was very dilligent in working with me via email to answer all of my questions and concerns. I am a thorough purchaser and the salesman was very patient with me. The dealership was very nice and everyone I dealt with was excellent.

The experience at Everett was very positve. The price was negotiated over the internet and was the price I offered. The salesman was great and very polite to me and my son. After the purchase another individual (can't remember his name) was more than helpful explaining everything about the car. I would actually rate the deal as a 4.9 but the site would not it. You would think someone driving 2.5 hours to purchase a 30,000.00 car they would at least fill it up for the return trip home. Salesman tried but someone said no! Really thought this was a glitch in an otherwise great experience.

We just bought a 2013 Chevy Malibu and we couldn't be happier. Our salesman, Tom Truitt, was very helpful and not the least bit pushy. This was one of the best buying experiences of my life! Everyone I spoke with was as courteous and polite as I have ever seen at any car dealer I have ever dealt with. The GMC I purchased was the seventh GM product between my wife and myself, but it was my first one from Everett. IT WILL NOT BE MY LAST! If I was looking for something else right now I would make the hour and a half drive back. There is no way I can say enough about my salesman Tom Truitt. I had been looking on the internet for a few weeks and the prices on their vehicles is why I made the trip, but Tom is the reason that Everett was my only stop. Tom, thanks for all your help and when I start shopping for a vehicle again you will see me again.
