Silverado Buyer From Hickory Gets Great Service From David Parsons

I feel that David Parsons did a excellent job with the sales end of it,But I feel that the service dept. is lacking a bit I don't think that a customer should have to make two trips to the service dept for the same problem in less than 24 hrs for the same problem even if it is as simple as a Headlight,or broken wire on the headlight.Other than that I enjoyed my experience at dealership.
