After much research over the internet, I contacted the dealership via email.  I received a quick response and Rusty was able to meet every one of my needs almost down to the exact payment without having to drive to Hickory.  I did drive up on a Saturday and we were able to complete the deal in a very short amount of time and I drove my new car home!  I couldn't have asked for a smoother, hassle-free, non-stressful transaction.  Everyone there was wonderful to interact with and I know I will be back!  Thanks Rusty!!
